Catalyst Construction was engaged through an independent Owner’s Representative to provide Construction Management Services on the renovation of 200 N. Jefferson for Red Arrow Labs. Catalyst was engaged before the Owner purchased the building, to provide building due-diligence and infrastructure reviews to confirm building value / project viability. Throughout the design process, Catalyst provided continual budget updates, led the MEP Design Build process through selection, design and implementation. Significant scope included nearly all new Electrical and HVAC systems, a complete window replacement throughout the exterior of the facility, egress and safety reviews and coordination of a significant data infrastructure for this health care technology company.
