Able to communicate well and develop long term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers.
Identify, plan, execute and enforce project safety
Maintain highest quality standards and ensure all contractors perform at those standards
Lead teammates toward a common goal
Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ProCore
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and good judgement
Ability to read and interpret drawings and submittals•Ability to pre-plan activities at least 90 days out
Think critically and have strong problem solving skills
Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and basic math skills
Ability to multi-task
Manage subcontractor and vendor work and schedules
Oversee site safety to include identifying, planning, executing, and enforcing all OSHA requirements
Administer Project orientations to all project team members
Lead weekly subcontractor meetings (prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and communicate with subcontractors)
Develop and communicate three week schedules
Manage subcontractor schedules and coordinate deliveries
Lead pre-task/pre-start up planning meetings with subcontractors and teammates
Facilitate daily planning meetings
Develop, review, update, and distribute master schedule
