Requirements

  • Able to communicate well and develop long term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers.
  • Identify, plan, execute and enforce project safety
  • Maintain highest quality standards and ensure all contractors perform at those standards
  • Lead teammates toward a common goal
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ProCore
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and good judgement
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and submittals•Ability to pre-plan activities at least 90 days out
  • Think critically and have strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and basic math skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor work and schedules
  • Oversee site safety to include identifying, planning, executing, and enforcing all OSHA requirements
  • Administer Project orientations to all project team members
  • Lead weekly subcontractor meetings (prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and communicate with subcontractors)
  • Develop and communicate three week schedules
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and coordinate deliveries
  • Lead pre-task/pre-start up planning meetings with subcontractors and teammates
  • Facilitate daily planning meetings
  • Develop, review, update, and distribute master schedule
  • Coordinate and manage all inspections

Qualifications

Prefer a minimum of five years of experience

 

Status

Full time (40 hours per week), exempt position

 

Salary

$80,000 to $110,000 dependent on experience
