Ted Wisnefski Joins Catalyst Construction as Vice President and General Counsel

MILWAUKEE, WI – (January 30, 2025) – Catalyst Construction is excited to announce that Ted Wisnefski has joined the company as Vice President and General Counsel. Wisnefski brings over 20 years of extensive legal experience, most recently serving as a Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP in Milwaukee. As a seasoned business litigator, he has successfully represented clients in high-stakes commercial and construction disputes, contract negotiations, and strategic risk management initiatives. His expertise in navigating complex legal challenges will be instrumental in safeguarding Catalyst’s long-term interests and reinforcing its reputation for integrity and compliance.

He is a member of the Association of General Contractors and the American Bar Association and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
