Newly Created Role Reinforces Catalyst Construction’s Commitment to Risk Management and Strategic Growth

MILWAUKEE, WI – (January 30, 2025) – Catalyst Construction is excited to announce that Ted Wisnefski has joined the company as Vice President and General Counsel. This newly created role is a strategic addition as Catalyst continues its growth and commitment to excellence in risk management, legal compliance, and corporate governance.

Wisnefski brings over 20 years of extensive legal experience, most recently serving as a Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP in Milwaukee. As a seasoned business litigator, he has successfully represented clients in high-stakes commercial and construction disputes, contract negotiations, and strategic risk management initiatives. His expertise in navigating complex legal challenges will be instrumental in safeguarding Catalyst’s long-term interests and reinforcing its reputation for integrity and compliance.

In his role as Vice President and General Counsel, Wisnefski will oversee legal and government affairs, risk management, and corporate compliance. He will work closely with leadership to ensure Catalyst operates with the highest legal and ethical standards while proactively mitigating potential legal challenges. As a key member of the executive team, he will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the company’s continued success.

Wisnefski’s distinguished career includes recognition in The Best Lawyers in America and Wisconsin Super Lawyers for his work in commercial litigation. He is a member of the Association of General Contractors and the American Bar Association and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
