The renaissance of Milwaukee’s historic Walker’s Point neighborhood continues with the construction of the Element apartment building.

The six-story structure is located on south 5th Street, an area that has recently undergone a comprehensive rebuilding of infrastructure. The resulting pedestrian-friendly walkways, treescaping and street parking have since spurred the renovation of existing structures along the corridor, while Element marks the area’s first significant new construction project. Once completed, it will feature 66 market rate apartments and ground level commercial space.

Designed by Korb + Associates Architects and developed by New Land Enterprises, Catalyst Construction has been tapped as construction manager for the project. Construction on Element set to be completed by summer 2022.
