Although Steve Widmer has worked as a longtime outside partner of Catalyst Construction, he officially joined the staff over 2 years ago. Steve brings over 14 years of church and school sales and leadership experience. Having worked as an Executive Pastor, Director and Generosity Consultant Steve’s knowledge and ability to drive for results while forming meaningful relationships is unmatched. Steve’s responsibilities include strategic planning, critical growth strategies, fundraising and capital campaign coaching, growth strategies, communication engagement, and leadership development.
