Meet Michael Klatt
As a nonprofit executive, Michael provides leadership and oversight to Catalyst Construction and Catalyst Partners’ senior living and disability projects. Bringing over 35 years of nonprofit leadership, Michael joined the Catalyst team in 2019. His contributions include experience in complex project development, real estate stewardship, private equity, executive leadership, strategic and financial planning, trust management, capital and charitable fund development.
Michael has a passion for building meaningful relationships and uses a core strength of ideation to help bring unique project solutions. Michael works closely with congregations, religious communities, nonprofits and for profits, and community groups to bring a vision to reality.
Most recently, Michael served as the strategic advisor to a religious community in South Dakota, where he ultimately helped create the largest planned unit development in South Dakota history on a 500 acre parcel. Michael supports Catalyst’s Phoenix, AZ office as well as outreach efforts in many other states. Michael continues his nonprofit leadership with a focus on serving on many nonprofit director boards and through the support and coaching of executive leaders.
