Estimation & Preconstruction

Use your creativity and financial acumen as an Estimator to identify budget costs for client projects and collaborate with our trusted subcontractors and team members to deliver an accurate bid.

Project
Management

With a multi-prong approach to client engagement, the Project Management team includes Coordinators, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Managers who deliver the highest quality oversight for multiple projects.

Field
Operations

Our “boots on the ground” team of Laborers, Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents manage daily onsite operations and work closely with our trusted subcontractors to keep the construction process on budget and on schedule.

Office
Support

As the Catalyst backbone, our Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, and Administrative teams provide continuous support to our employees, contractors, owners, partners, and the company as a whole.
