Newport Shores Rises Along Lake Michigan

As Catalyst ground crews pour the second of four floors, the Newport Shores development in Port Washington, Wisconsin begins to take shape.

Situated along the shore of Lake Michigan, Newport Shores is a mixed-use building that will feature condominiums as well retail and commercial space. In addition, the project will improve the lakeside pedestrian walkway, connecting it to Coal Dock Park. Along with other recent development projects in the area, it is an integral part of Port Washington’s ongoing downtown revitalization efforts, aimed at making the city a year-round destination.

Designed by RINKA and developed by Ansay Development Corporation, Catalyst Construction has been tapped as construction manager for the project. Construction on the site set to be completed in December of 2021.
