Through a partnership with an independent Owner’s representative, Catalyst Construction was tapped to provide construction management services for renovation of the 200 N. Jefferson building for Red Arrow Labs. Prior to the Owner’s acquisition of the building, Catalyst was engaged to provide project due-diligence and infrastructure reviews to confirm the building’s value and the project’s viability. Catalyst Construction was honored to be selected as the construction management partner for Commissioner Emeritus of Baseball's (Bud Selig) new office.
