Expanding on the recent renaissance of the Walker’s Point neighborhood, construction is wrapping up on the THIRTEEN31 Place Apartments.

Located on west National Avenue in Milwaukee, WI, the THIRTEEN31 building borders the historic Walker’s Point neighborhood, an area that has seen experienced a revival in recent years. Replacing a single-story structure, the four-story apartment complex will include 89 units, 75 of which will be leased at below-market rates, providing much-needed affordable housing options for the area.

Designed by Arc-Int Architecture and co-developed by Lutheran Social Services and Rule Enterprises, Catalyst Construction has been tapped as general contractor for the project. Construction on THIRTEEN31 is set to be completed in August 2021.
