”QUICK PROFITS” & “CUTTING CORNERS” ARE DIRTY WORDS AROUND HERE

We do everything shy of literally holding your hand

Need a construction game plan? You’re in the right place.

Does the following sound familiar?

Your architect envisions something beautiful, but it may not match the budget. Your contractor runs into trouble halfway through. Or the city goes quiet just when you need answers most.

If you’re trying to piecemeal your project, you might be feeling the heat.

You have the nuts and bolts (pardon us, we couldn’t help it) of a great idea, but the planning and implementation?

You could use the construction equivalent of a killer COO… communication skills, adaptability, and operational excellence.

We handle your construction project management while you hold the reins on your vision.

Readiness Assessment

This facilitated tool assesses the readiness of your facility to help support, guide, and advance your vision and mission to launch a successful and impactful construction project. You’ll answer questions that rank your why, your what, and your how.

At the end of your Readiness Assessment, you’ll receive one or more of the following—with no payments, contract, or strings attached:

  • Visual timeline (how your project will come together)

  • Suggested partners (architects, engineers, fundraising consultants, etc.)

  • Scheduled Site Walk

Simple Math Investment: One fee structure for our services, built around your project.

Catalyst Construction
Signature Experience

When you come to us, the first step is to figure out exactly what you need (by scheduling a readiness assessment)—taking into account your budget, your must-haves, your desires, and your limits. Then, we map out a game plan and deliver a custom proposal that spells out how we’ll serve you during our time together.

That proposal will include one, some, or all of the following services:

  • Included in every Catalyst project—this includes laying out and preparing for long-term goals, land use, and functionality
  • We handle the planning and preparation phase before the actual construction begins, where key decisions regarding design, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management are made. These services aim to ensure that the project is well-defined, cost-effective, and ready for a smooth transition into construction.

We acquire, manage, and transform raw, underdeveloped land properties that are ready for sale or lease. Our role involves various steps that require a mix of business, legal, financial, and planning knowledge.

These services aim to ensure that the project is well-defined, cost-effective, and ready for a smooth transition into construction.

Our team acts as the liaison between a property owner and contractors, architects, or other project stakeholders. We’ll represent the owner’s interests throughout a project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

We’re often responsible for all the above: overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. We manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors, and ensure that the project complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Our work doesn’t end when the dust settles. We stay on site and on call, closing out details, verifying quality, and ensuring every system performs as promised. From final inspections to owner training and warranty follow-through, we make sure your building is ready to shine on day one, and built to last for years to come.
