As the president of Catalyst Construction, Adam brings a unique understanding of the owner’s priorities for their building project and the responsibilities of the construction manager. For nearly 20 years, Adam has worked with owners to understand their mission, wants, and constraints, he helps find unique solutions to the problems that many mission-driven companies face.

Michael Feltes

Business Development Associate - South Dakota

Michael is a Development Executive at Catalyst Construction, focused on building strong relationships and expanding Catalyst’s commercial presence in the Sioux Falls region. With leadership experience across nonprofit, healthcare, business, and senior living sectors, he brings a strategic mindset and a track record of driving growth, launching new communities, and building lasting partnerships.

Riley Woodwick

General Manager - Arizona

Riley Woodwick is the General Manager of Catalyst Construction Southwest and brings more than 15 years of experience in the building industry. After leading major projects across Wisconsin, Riley relocated to Phoenix to help launch Catalyst’s Southwest division. He now oversees operations in Arizona, with a strong focus on sustainable building practices and adaptive reuse projects.
