To do this, we operate as a true construction management firm, with no self-performing workforce—which is a fancy way of saying we keep our personal gain out of the equation.
We’re free to recruit the help of both union and non-union workers (which opens the door for volunteers, too), helping ensure your project is completed on-budget, on-time, and by the individuals best-suited for the job at hand.

Catalyst Construction was founded in 2004 in Milwaukee with the goal of providing a more cost-effective, integrity-filled construction experience for nonprofit organizations, churches, schools, and commercial enterprises. Since then, we’ve expanded to three additional locations across the U.S., grown our team to 100+ members, become 100% employee-owned, and managed more than $275 million in projects—with wise stewardship and a client-first attitude still at the heart of everything we do.
