Ben is a Development Executive at Catalyst Construction, helping lead business development for our Arizona office with energy, intention, and a people-first mindset. Before joining Catalyst, he served as Director of Mission Advancement at Arizona Lutheran Academy, where he built strong relationships, advanced strategic initiatives, and rallied communities around a shared vision. Ben brings a natural ability to connect, a drive to create opportunity, and a deep commitment to building partnerships that last.
Riley Woodwick
General Manager - Arizona
Riley Woodwick is the General Manager of Catalyst Construction Southwest and brings more than 15 years of experience in the building industry. After leading major projects across Wisconsin, Riley relocated to Phoenix to help launch Catalyst’s Southwest division. He now oversees operations in Arizona, with a strong focus on sustainable building practices and adaptive reuse projects.
