Meet Riley Woodwick
Riley Woodwick joined Catalyst Construction in 2014, bringing more than 17 years of diverse experience in the construction industry. As Arizona’s General Manager, he is known for his exceptional listening skills and calm, collaborative leadership, ensuring every project stays aligned with client goals from concept through completion. His patient approach and clear communication style foster trust, transparency, and teamwork across all stakeholders, resulting in projects that are consistently delivered on time and within budget.
Originally from Minnesota, Riley embodies a strong Midwestern work ethic and hands-on perspective shaped by his early career as a Carpenter Foreman. He is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical College with a degree in Construction Management Technology and holds a LEED Green Associate credential, underscoring his commitment to sustainable and forward-thinking building practices.
Throughout his career, Riley has successfully led a wide range of complex projects, including the $35 million Truman Olson Apartments in Madison, WI; the $32 million Adelaide Pointe Condos in Muskegon, MI; and the $7.5 million Luther High School Performing Arts Center in Onalaska, WI. His experience spans affordable housing, adaptive reuse, educational facilities, mixed-use developments, and corporate interiors.
Recognized as Project Manager of the Year in 2018, Riley continues to exemplify Catalyst’s mission of building with integrity, innovation, and community impact, leading with both precision and heart.
