Create a 123k-SF, 80-residence campus on ~7 acres with hospitality amenities and a separate but connected memory-care wing, delivering during pandemic-era constraints and high indoor-air-quality expectations.

Solution

Catalyst delivered the ground-up community with hospital-grade air purification, robust common spaces (fitness, club, theater, dining), and careful phasing and commissioning. (Later, the team coordinated with Thrive on a major expansion.)

Impact

Evin reached high occupancy and spurred a planned 54-unit expansion, reinforcing Lake Country’s demand for high-amenity senior living.
