Challenge

Deliver a 4-story, 107-key select-service hotel with fitness center, pool, business center, meeting rooms and outdoor deck—on a compressed schedule near I-41/894 to meet Summer 2020 event-driven demand and municipal milestones.

Solution

Catalyst’s CM team sequenced structure, MEP, and FF&E procurement to keep the project on its July 2020 target, coordinating with Catalyst Partners/developer and City of West Allis approvals; interior packages emphasized durable, brand-standard finishes to speed punch-list and OSE.

Impact

• Added much-needed upper mid-scale keys adjacent to regional highways and event venues.
• Strengthened the corridor redevelopment at 102nd & Lincoln with a modern hospitality asset aligned to the city’s growth goals.
