Build a 68-unit boutique community with a premium amenity stack (club room, bocce courtyard, spa/fitness) and a unique specialty care suite (Aperi), all on a visible North Shore site with accelerated delivery goals.

Catalyst executed a fast-track TI + core buildout for licensed care areas and lifestyle amenities, sequencing inspections and finishes to meet Matter/Koru’s June 2023 completion and a week-long grand-opening program.

Impact

Lumia broadened Mequon’s continuum-of-care choices with an upscale, neighborhood-anchored model, helping local seniors age in place with elevated hospitality.
