Create a ground-up single-tenant industrial facility for a growing med-tech manufacturer, balancing GMP-friendly layouts, loading and distribution efficiency, and future expansion on Milwaukee’s Northwest Side, while controlling a $5M project budget.

Solution

Catalyst delivered a ~63–64k-sq-ft building with optimized production/warehouse adjacencies and distribution bays; acted as lead contractor/CM, coordinating The Consortium AE’s design and JSD’s site/civil to meet schedule and cost targets.

Impact

• Expanded Mortara’s manufacturing and distribution capacity in Milwaukee with a modern, scalable plant.
