Challenge

Create a luxury mixed-use condo/residential complex on lakefront property, delivering high-end living and connectivity to downtown Port Washington. Construction had to balance public poem and aesthetic expectations, shoreline logistics, and architectural quality.

Solution

Catalyst Construction was general contractor, constructing the lakefront condos with retail/mixed-use elements. Ground crews poured the second of four floors in early stages; project completed in Feb 2022.
