Realize the Benedictine Sisters’ legacy vision: a modern, continuum-of-care senior community integrated with The Commons civic hub, on a large greenfield campus, while aligning operations (now managed by Good Samaritan Society) and community expectations.

Solution

Catalyst supported campus delivery with senior-living construction expertise, coordinating PRA’s design across multiple neighborhoods, chapel/community spaces, and extensive site amenities; engagement included community tours and NAWIC-supported outreach.

Impact

The Village brings holistic, faith-informed senior living to northeast South Dakota, with robust wellness, outdoor spaces, and intergenerational programming.
