Gardens of Hartford

Gardens of Hartford was a new 58,600sf, 2-story, 48-unit residential care apartment complex (RCAC), on 2.5 acres. It had been more than 20 years since Wisconsin Lutheran Child and Family Service expanded their facilities. They found the opportunity to develop next to a thriving WELS congregation. Through their new building, WLCFS was determined to make a statement about their faith, services, programs and commitment to the congregation. Point Place Apartments

Point Place Apartments is conveniently located in Madison, Wisconsin for Seniors 55+. Lutheran Home

Catalyst Construction recently completed Elaine’s Hope, the new 45,000-square-foot multi-structure facility built as an additional care unit connected to the Lutheran Home campus in Wauwatosa. The complex includes a two-story 48-unit memory care building, a one-story 24-unit memory care building, and a one-story connector building that includes a lobby and community center. The completed project also features the Potawatomi Welcome Center which includes a children’s play area, reception area, staff offices and a community room. Evin Senior Care

Completed in November 2020, Evin Senior Care is a 123,000 square-foot senior living community with 80 residences situated on seven acres at the site of the former YMCA on Silver Lake street in Oconomowoc. Catalyst Construction was selected as the general contractor on the project which broke ground in October of 2019. The name “Evin” pays homage to Ole Evinrude, Oconomowoc native and the founder of Evinrude outboard motors who developed the first outboard boat motor as a means of “building a better way” to conduct nautical conveyance. St. Ann Center

Catalyst Construction is proud and honored to have managed and completed phase II of St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care, a day care facility for children and adults with special needs. St. Ann’s is dedicated to adding new life and purpose to the years of its adult day care clients by bringing them together with children enrolled in its childcare program and teen volunteers. Village Pointe Commons

Catalyst Construction built Capri Communities’ newest senior living campus. Village Pointe Commons provides both independent apartment home options along with multiple levels of service to meet the needs of senior residents.  Each of the campus uses are connected to the central commons.  A landscaped central courtyard with picnic areas, connected walking paths and a cascading water feature gives the campus a park-like setting.
